MADRID, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Spanish shares closed flat on Monday, with the benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 down 0.01 percent, or 1.20 points.
A total of 19 of the selected 35 large companies lost in the day.
Infrastructure company Tecnicas Reunidas lost 1.90 percent, being the top loser of the blue chips. Infrastructure company Acciona was down 1.32 percent and telecommunications company Cellnex went down 1.23 percent.
Airport operator AENA rose 1.13 percent, being the top gainer of the day. Airline group IAG advanced 0.76 percent and Spain's fourth largest bank Bankia was up 0.76 percent. Enditem
