CHICAGO, April 19 (Xinhua) -- Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) agricultural commodities traded mixed on Thursday morning, with wheat futures rising for the third straight day, despite rainfall in the forecast for the Southern U.S. Plains.
Rains will likely temporarily ease stress on two thirds of Southern Plains wheat this weekend, but about half will turn drier again in the next 15 days, according to Commodity Weather Group.
July corn was 0.75 cent lower at 3.91 U.S. dollars per bushel as of 1315 GMT, July wheat was 3.5 cents higher at 4.9275 dollars, July soybean was down 4.5 cents at 10.4875 dollars.
As for corn related information, inventories of the biofuel declined to 21.344 million barrels as of April 13, the Energy Information Administration said in a report. It was down from 21.846 million a week earlier.
