RIO DE JANEIRO, May 13 (Xinhua) -- Two second-half goals from Internazionale loanee Gabriel Barbosa helped Santos to a 3-1 victory over Parana Clube in Brazil's Serie A championship on Sunday.
Brazil under-17 forward Rodrygo Goes netted from close range at the Vila Belmiro stadium and Barbosa made it 2-0 with a header on the hour mark.
Barbosa then tucked away the hosts' third goal after an Arthur Gomes pass before Silvinho pulled one back for the visitors with a long-range strike.
Meanwhile, Flamengo suffered their first league defeat of the year, succumbing 3-2 at Chapeoconese.
Peru international striker Paolo Guerrero cancelled out an early Hector Canteros strike, but Guilherme restored the hosts' lead in the 68th minute.
Real Madrid-bound forward Vinicius Jesus put Flamengo back on level terms before Leandro Pereira slid in at the near post after an Eduardo cross.
