BEIJING, May 22 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has stressed higher level of opening-up to drive forward reform, stimulate market vitality and optimize the development environment.

Li made the remarks during his inspection to the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs on Monday.
