Xi delivers speech at 18th SCO summit

QINGDAO, June 10 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping started to deliver a speech Sunday morning at the 18th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization held in east China's coastal city of Qingdao.
