Indian markets open higher

MUMBAI, June 21 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened higher on Thursday.

Benchmark indices started off the day with a positive note, tracking positive Asian cues.

The benchmark S&P, BSE Sensex opened at 35,639.46, up 92.13 points or 0.3 percent compared to its previous close at 35,537.33.
