China's Hebei continues huge capacity cuts in heavy industries

Hebei Province continues with huge capacity cuts in heavy industries and aims to cut production capacity of steel and iron, coal, concrete and coke by 12 million, 12.17 million, 3 million and 5 million tonnes, respectively, by the end of this year.
