Volunteers recruited for 1st China Int'l Import Expo

SHANGHAI, July 26 (Xinhua) -- About 2,500 volunteers have been recruited for the upcoming first China International Import Expo in Shanghai, local authorities said.

A total of 5,000 volunteers will offer services during the expo, scheduled to take place from November 5 to 10.

Over 130 countries and regions and more than 2,800 companies have confirmed participation in the expo, and over 150,000 domestic and international buyers are expected to attend the fair.
