WASHINGTON, July 29 (Xinhua) -- Top-seeded American John Isner won the Atlanta Open for the fifth time in six years after coming back to beat compatriot Ryan Harrison in the final 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 on Sunday.

"It's incredible, and I'm very happy to be the champ here again," Isner said. "I'm very comfortable here. It really feels like I'm at home, and that helps so much."

The 33-year-old Isner is having his best season and the Atlanta title was his second of the year after winning his maiden ATP World Tour Masters 1,000 crown at the Miami Open in April.

Earlier this month, he also reached the Grand Slam semifinals for the first time at Wimbledon. He will maintain his position in the Top 10 of the ATP rankings at No. 9 when the new rankings are released on Monday.
