LUSAKA, Aug. 8 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Zambia's major media outlets on Wednesday.

-- Zambia says it was keen to support initiatives that promote peace in the region to ensure revenue from natural resources were used to better people's lives instead of fueling conflicts.
