HANOI, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- The Vietnamese national team beat the Sichuan club from China 3-2 in the semifinal of an international women's volleyball tournament on Thursday in Vietnam's central Ha Tinh province.
Vietnam won the tough game 25-18, 25-27, 22-25, 25-23 and 15-11.
In another semifinal on Thursday, DPR Korea defeated the Altay club from Kazakhstan 3-1.
