DUBAI, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- Dubai announced on Wednesday the arrival of Inui Health, a Silicon Valley digital technology company, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The announcement by Dubai Science Park and Dubai FDI, an agency of the Dubai Department of Economic Development, said the company's arrival will allow medical-grade information to become accessible anytime and anywhere.

The move is part of the UAE national efforts to strengthen cooperation with Silicon Valley.

"We seek to use disruptive technologies to empower people with access to information about their own health, leading to a better quality of life," said Reza Kazemipour, chief revenue officer of Inui Health.

The Silicon Valley company has chosen the UAE as its first hub outside the United States to address the region's growing need for the disruption of technology in the healthcare sector and leverage the UAE's advantages as a hub for creativity, innovation and global expansion, said Dubai FDI in a statement.
