Bahrain stresses rejection against attempt of undermining Saudi sovereignty, policies

MANAMA, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- Bahrain on Sunday affirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia against all attempts to undermine it or seek to harm it.

It stressed strong rejection against those who attempt to harm Saudi policy, position and sovereignty, said a government statement.

"Bahrain commends the high position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it is considered the basis for security and stability of the Arab and Islamic worlds, and also acts as a solid foundation for the stability of the region," said the statement.

Bahrain reiterated its firm stance with Saudi Arabia in all its policies and efforts to confront various threats and issues, facing the international community, extremism and terrorism, the statement added.
