WUHAN, China, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- The organizing committee of the 7th CISM Military World Games announced a call for volunteer slogans here on Monday, with the aim of encouraging and recognizing the enthusiasm of military volunteers and boosting global attention to the Games that are slated to take place here next year.
A spokesman for the committee said the ideal slogan should fully reflect the essence, values and spirit of the Military World Games, adding that it should also express the common wishes of military volunteers the world over, and espouse the notion of striving for world peace.
The deadline for submissions is November 5. An expert evaluation committee will review and choose winning proposals, with rewards of up to RMB 20,000 each (2,890 USD) on offer.
