PARIS, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- French shares lost on Monday, with the benchmark Paris CAC 40 down by 0.02 percent, or 0.91 points, to close at 5,095.07 points.
Of the 40 selected large companies, 19 lost in the day.
European aviation group Airbus decreased by 2.44 percent, the top loser of the blue chips. French international luxury group Kering lost 2.32 percent. World Leader in 3D Design & Engineering Software, Dassault Systemes, lost 1.93 percent.
French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi advanced 2.05 percent, the top gainers of the blue chips. French telecommunication company Orange rose 1.26 percent, followed by Total, a global energy giant, which gained 1.17 percent. Enditem
