KUNMING, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- An international coffee conference will be held in southwest China's Yunnan Province in November.
The 2018 Asian Coffee Annual Conference will see about 500 coffee experts from more than 40 countries and regions attend the event, scheduled for November 11 and 12 in the city of Mangshi.
Experts will focus on the problems in Asia's coffee industry and its future development.
Experts from Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Thailand and Sri Lanka will exchange information about the industry, said Gao Hongming, who is in charge of organizing the conference.
The city will also host forums about coffee's modern development, coffee and human health, as well as the development of coffee industry in Asia, he said.
