BEIJING, Oct. 19 (Xinhua) -- Cai Mingzhao, president of China's Xinhua News Agency, met on Friday with Reuters News Agency interim head Sue Brooks.

Cai said since the signing of a news exchange agreement in 1957, cooperation between the two news agencies in the fields of news exchange and photo sales had been continuously deepened.
