LUSAKA, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Zambia's major media outlets on Tuesday.

-- President Lungu has said the Zambia Forestry and Forests Industries Corporation (ZAFFICO) has not been sold and directed police to commence criminal proceedings against people inciting members of the public to protest over the fabricated sale.

Police in Kitwe fought running battles to stop rioting over the alleged sale of ZAFFICO leading to several arrests. (Times of Zambia)

-- Zambia and Angola have signed a memorandum of understanding for construction of an oil pipeline, which will connect the two countries.
