TASHKENT, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- Uzbekistan will open arms to foreign talents in order to achieve rapid social and economic development, the Ministry of Justice said Thursday.
Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a decree on the creation of favorable conditions for foreign talents in Uzbekistan, said the ministry.
According to the decree, the conditions of foreign talents include graduating from the top 1,000 international universities and having at least five years of professional work experience.
Meanwhile, foreigners need to prove that they can earn at least 60,000 U.S. dollars per year in other countries.
Uzbekistan will also issue a multiple-entry work visa to foreign talents based on the duration of the employment, the ministry said.
