PRAGUE, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- The Czech Republic won the Fed Cup by beating the United States 3-0 in the final match at O2 Arena here on Sunday.
The Czech team led 2-0 against the U.S. team on Saturday. Katerina Siniakova beat Sofia Kenin 7-5, 5-7, 7-5 on Sunday to seal the win.
This is the sixth time that the Czech women tennis team won the Fed Cup in eight years. Previously, the Czech team triumphed in 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
