Dollar changes hands in mid-113 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-113 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Friday, predominantly in line with its levels in New York overnight.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.56-57 yen compared with 113.57-67 yen in New York and 113.52-54 yen at 5 p.m. on Thursday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1324-1325 dollars and 128.60-61 yen against 1.1326-1336 dollars and 128.58-68 yen in New York and 1.1336-1338 dollars and 128.69-73 yen in late Thursday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
