BEIJING, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- China's major stock indices ended higher in the morning session Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.42 percent at 2,586.74 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index gained 0.53 percent to end at 7,656.35 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, went up 1.06 percent to 1,318.34 points at midday.
