BEIJING, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti Emir's special envoy, first deputy prime minister and defense minister, will visit China from Dec. 15 to 20, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang announced Friday.
The special envoy was invited by Chinese Vice Premier Han Zheng, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, according to Lu.
