Xi sends congratulatory letter to Understanding China Conference

 

Yang Jiechi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Central Committee, reads a congratulatory letter sent by President Xi Jinping to the 3rd Understanding China Conference at the opening ceremony of the conference in Beijing, capital of China, Dec. 16, 2018.
