NEW YORK, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Led by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), three China's Hong Kong Special Administration Region-based designer labels are about to put on a runway show at the New York Fashion Week on Feb. 8.

The labels, including 112 Mountainyam, a first-time joiner, ANVEGLOSA, and HEAVEN PLEASE+, will unveil their latest FW19 collections during Fashion Hong Kong, a series of international promotional events organized by HKTDC to promote Hong Kong fashion designers and labels in the global fashion arena.

Apart from the three runway designer brands, other emerging Hong Kong fashion labels will be featured in a showroom at FTL Moda from Feb. 1 to Mar. 31, showcasing Hong Kong's fashion creativity to industry elites and style influencers from around the world.

Ralph Chow, regional director of HKTDC Americas, told Xinhua that the designers were selected from a number of Hong Kong applicants by judges in the fashion industry in New York. HKTDC's promotional activities and funding have paved way for many Hong Kong designers' flourishing career.
