KUWAIT CITY, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Kuwait on Tuesday strongly condemned a suicide attack in Egypt's capital Cairo, which killed two policemen.
In a cable sent to Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi, Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah said his country stands in solidarity with Egypt and its people after the heinous terror attack.
The emir expressed deepest condolences and wished swift recovery of the injured in the attack.
Late on Monday, a militant detonated an explosive device right after his capture by the police in the old quarter of Cairo, killing two policemen and the militant, and wounding three others.
