Pic story: Female test pilot for commercial transport aircrafts

Jiang Dandan puts on clothes to go to work in Yanliang District of Xi'an, capital city of northwest China's Shaanxi Province, on March 5, 2019. Jiang Dandan, 29, is one of the youngest test pilots in China and the only female test pilot for commercial transport aircrafts currently being trained at the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. She went through dozens of professional courses and 750 hours of flying practice in six years. At the end of 2017, she became a test pilot and participated in the test flights during the research and development of ARJ21-700, C919 and other types of aircrafts. (Xinhua/Liu Xiao)
