BUENOS AIRES, March 31 (Xinhua) -- Racing Club drew 1-1 away to Tigre on Sunday to secure their 18th Argentine top flight title.
Augusto Solari gave the visitors the lead in the 57th minute before Lucas Rodriguez equalized in stoppage time at the Coliseo de Victoria.
The result left Racing with 56 points as they wrapped up the Superliga Argentina title with one round to spare.
Meanwhile, second-placed Defensa y Justicia remained four points off the pace after a 1-1 home draw with Union Santa Fe.
In other matches on Sunday, Lanus won 3-1 at home to Belgrano, Atletico Tucuman secured a 1-0 home victory over Aldosivi and Rosario Central won 2-0 at Argentinos Juniors.
