Swiss Guerdat wins show jumping title at FEI World Cup Finals

GOTHENBURG, Sweden, April 7 (Xinhua) -- Switzerland's Steve Guerdat secured the title at the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Finals at the Scandinavium Arena here on Sunday.

Guerdat, the individual champion at the London Olympic Games in 2012, put up a flawless performance in the two rounds in the final day's competition, winning the title with a total of two faults, which he committed on Friday.

His compatriot Martin Fuchs finished second on three points and local hero Peder Fredricson took third on five.
