BEIJING, April 12 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislature will convene its bi-monthly session from April 20 to 23, according to a statement issued after a chairpersons' meeting Friday.

Li Zhanshu, chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, presided over the meeting.

Attendees of the meeting suggested that legislators would deliberate bills on draft revisions to laws on judges and prosecutors, securities and the country's drug administration.

The legislators are expected to review the draft law on vaccine administration. Two new draft sections on property and personality rights of the civil code will also be reviewed.

They are also expected to review draft revisions suggested by the State Council concerning nine laws including construction law.
