China adopts revised laws on judges, procurators

BEIJING, April 23 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislature on Tuesday voted to adopt the revisions to the Judges Law and the Procurators Law as part of the country's efforts to advance judicial reform.

Lawmakers approved the revisions at the end of a four-day bimonthly session of the National People's Congress Standing Committee.
