BEIJING, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official Wang Huning Thursday met with Lao President Bounnhang Vorachit, also general secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee, who is here to attend the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
Wang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, said China is willing to work together with Laos to deepen cooperation between the two parties and strengthen communication and mutual learning.
Bounnhang said Laos is ready to constantly deepen the Laos-China comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation and promote the building of a community with a shared future.
