TEHRAN, April 27 (Xinhua) -- Iran were held to a 1-1 draw by Vietnam in their Group B match in the 2019 AFC U-19 Women's Championship, Persian Football website reported on Saturday.
Played at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Centre in Hanoi on Friday, Ngan Thi Van Su gave the hosts the early lead before Iran's captain Zahra Khodabakhshi made it 1-1 in the second half.
Only top two teams will progress to the tournament to be held in Thailand from October 27 later this year.
