KUNMING, April 27 (Xinhua) -- China's Zhang Shuai and Zheng Saisai, the top two seeds, won their respective semifinals here on Saturday for a clash in the women's singles final of the Kunming Open tennis tournament.

Top seed Zhang beat 18-year-old Liang En Shuo of Chinese Taipei 6-4, 2-6, 6-1, while second seed Zheng rallied from one set down to prevail over Kaylah McPhee of Australia 3-6, 6-0, 6-1 after one hour and 58 minutes.

Zheng, who has won the Kunming Open three times, lagged behind all the way to surrender the first set to her 21-year-old rival, but turned out strongly later on to take the following two sets by winning all games except one.

"She had a fierce first set with no mistakes at the beginning while I made too many unforced errors," Zheng said. "After that, I only thought of my own skills to focus on the game itself, and I won it eventually."

For her final on Sunday, Zheng said that they are familiar with each other, and "the final will definitely be a tough match. I will play my own game."
