Village cadre starts goat-raising cooperative to help impoverished households get rid of poverty

Nie Yingju explains the revenues made by farmers who joined her goat-raising cooperative in Yanshan County, southwest China's Yunnan Province, April 26, 2019. Nie Yingju is not only a farmer who has rich experience in goat-raising, but also a village cadre at Changlingjie Village of Weimo Township in Yanshan County. With the help of local government and enterprises, Nie started a goat-raising cooperative in February 2015 to help registered impoverished households get rid of poverty.
