Chinese vice premier to attend forums in Kazakhstan

BEIJING, May 10 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Han Zheng will attend the 12th Astana Economic Forum and the Second China-Kazakhstan Local Cooperation Forum held in Kazakhstan from May 14 to 16, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang announced here on Friday.

Han, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, was invited by Kazakh government, the spokesperson said.
