TOKYO, May 21 (Xinhua) -- Substitute Kazuki Nagasawa scored one and set up another, helping Urawa Reds eliminate Beijing Guoan and advanced into the last 16 of AFC Champions League here on Tuesday.

A pair of strikes from Nagasawa and Yuki Muto put Urawa firmly in charge in the first-half, before Shinzo Koroki sealed the matters on 3-0 after the break.

Jeonbuk Motors have secured the top of Group G after 5 rounds while Urawa levelled with Guoan on 7 points before Tuesday's match, but Guoan ranked 3rd on goal difference.

Guoan missed Zhang Xizhe and Li Lei, and coach Roger Schmidt threw on all the four foreign players in the starting line-up.

The away side were dealt a blow just 18 minutes into the game as midfielder Chi Zhongguo limped off with injury and was replaced by Zhang Yuning.

Jonathan Viera's through ball released Cedric Bakambu in 23rd minute, but the hitman's attempt was denied by goalkeeper Shusaku Nishikawa.

The hosts broke the deadlock in 34th minute when Nagasawa gathered from Muto, taking a couple of touches and placing a snooker shot into the net.

Urawa doubled the lead 6 minutes later as Muto's daisy cutter took a deflection off Liu Huan to loop over Guoan's goalkeeper Zou Dehai.

Guoan poured forward after the break but failed to find the net while Koroki sealed the win in the 80th minute.

Urawa will take on Ulsan in the last 16 clash.
