BELGRADE, May 21 (Xinhua) -- Serbian women's volleyball team overcame the Netherlands 25-15, 25-22, 25-19 in the first match of Pool 4 at the FIVB Women's Nations League at the Aleksandar Nikolic hall here on Tuesday.
Serbia dominated the first set 25-15, but let the guest team even the scores in the second set, before breaking the Dutch resistance at 22-22 and taking the set 25-22.
In the third set, the Netherlands didn't manage to get back in the match, allowing Serbia to easily complete its victory and take its first points in the competition.
Serbia will play two more matches in next two days in Belgrade, against South Korea and Turkey respectively.
The finals of the competition will take place in China from July 3 to 7.
