AMMAN, June 17 (Xinhua) -- Jordan's public budget deficit after grants hit 303.7 million dinars (428.3 million U.S. dollars) by the end of April, down from 377.8 million dinars last year, state-run Petra news agency reported Monday.
Meanwhile, the budget deficit before grants was 388.3 million dinars, down from 451.9 million dinars in 2018, Petra said.
Domestic revenues increased to 2.48 billion dinars in the first four months, up from 2.39 billion dinars last year.
According to the official figures, Jordan's public debt stood at around 2.89 billion dinars by the end of April, accounting for 94.4 percent of the estimated GDP.
