First group of officially organised pilgrims from India in 2019 arrive at Nathu La Pass

A group of Indian pilgrims enter China from Nathu La Pass in Yadong County, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, June 20, 2019. The first group of officially organised pilgrims from India this year arrived at Nathu La Pass along the China-India border on Thursday. The 36 members on the pilgrim group will travel to Ali Prefecture for a 12-day pilgrimage around Mount Kangrinboqe and Mapam Yumco Lake, both sacred Hindu and Buddhist sites. (Xinhua/Li Xin)
