FRANKFURT, June 28 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Friday, with the benchmark DAX index up 127.77 points, or 1.04 percent, to close at 12,398.80 points.
Deutsche Bank won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 3.32 percent. Chemical and consumer goods company Henkel and multinational software corporation SAP by 2.54 percent and 2.34 percent respectively.
Pharmaceutical company Merck lost the most among the blue chips, by falling 0.82 percent. Global internet technology and financial services provider Wirecard went down by 0.50 percent. European health care company Fresenius SE went down by 0.42 percent.
Multinational software corporation SAP was the most-traded share with a turnover of 412.7 million euros (469.6 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
