BRATISLAVA, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- Slovan Bratislava's winning streak in the Slovak football premier league Fortuna Liga continues as the team from the capital city crushed Zlate Moravce 4-0 on Sunday.

In the fourth consecutive win, Bratislava rested several top players on the bench. Bratislava's goalkeeper Dominik Greif excelled with his third shutout in a row.

Zilina also remain undefeated after the fourth round and trail Bratislava only by goal difference.

Three goals in the first half of Slovakia's northern derby against Ruzomberok provided a nice cushion for Zilina, but the home team almost managed to tie things up in the second, finishing at 3-2.

Trnava were seconds away from winning on Pohronie's turf, but Patrik Abraham's goal in injury time secured a 2-2 draw and a precious point for the league's newcomer.

Trencin snatched a late 2-1 win against Dunajska Streda. After being down by one in the first half, Trencin tied things up in the second and substitute Hamza Catakovic sent the home crowd into overdrive in injury time to secure the first win of the season for Trencin.

Michalovce also celebrated their first win after losing three consecutive games. A trio of goals in the first half of the home match against Senica provided a comfortable lead that the guests were unable to answer.

The third team to register the first win, as well as the first goal of the new season was Nitra. A goal from close range plus a successful penalty by Milan Ristovski stretched the home team's lead to 3-0 in the second half. The guests from Sered answered late in the game and cut the deficit to 3-2 but were unable to procure the tying goal.
