LISBON, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- Motorists are facing fuel rations across Portugal after fuel-tanker drivers began Monday an indefinite strike over pay conditions.
The government has declared an energy crisis, which implies "exceptional measures" to minimize the effects of strike to ensure the provision of essential services, such as security forces and medical emergencies.
