Xi sends congratulatory letter to 12th China-Northeast Asia Expo

BEIJING, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the 12th China-Northeast Asia Expo that opened Friday in Changchun, capital city of northeast China's Jilin Province.
