BEIJING, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) -- The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has issued a regulation on the Party's publicity and communication work.
It also issued a circular, which was published on Saturday, on the implementation of the regulation, noting that the publicity and communication work is of vital importance for the Party's work and that it is a fine tradition and political advantage of the Party in leading the people to secure success in revolution, construction and reform.
The circular asked CPC organizations at all levels to further strengthen the Party's overall leadership over publicity work to ensure that major decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee in this regard are implemented.
