56-year-old builds cultivation base of cold water fish in SW China's Chongqing

Jiang Kaijun, 56 years old, is born in Kaizhou of Chongqing, where he discovered creeks that have economic potential of cold water fish cultivation due to the rich minerals and fine temperature.
