The 2019 Beirut Open Taekwondo championship started on Friday in Lebanon. Participants from 21 countries such as Jordan, Qatar, Kazakhstan, the U.S and Egypt are taking part in the three-day event. The tournament offers athletes the chance to build up their rankings points ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
