Chewy and flavorful, the "Bojifen" is a "must" choice for the local people when they have breakfast in Guangxi.

QINZHOU, Sept. 9, 2019 (Xinhua) -- "Bojifen" is a popular snack among local people in south China's Guangxi, which is made from rice milk.

The process of making "Bojifen" is quite simple. Pour the rice milk into a winnowing fan and then steam it for a while. Use a bamboo sheet to peel the steamed rice milk from the winnowing fan and roll it. Pork or egg can be added to it according to customer's request.
