COPENHAGEN, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- Danish motorcycle speedway rider Leon Madsen sprinted to his second Grand Prix victory of the season by winning at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday.
Madsen now jumps to number 3 in the World Cup standings, 9 points behind Polish Bartosz Zmarzlik with 118 points.
Denmark has not had an individual world champion in speedway since Nicki Pedersen's victory in 2008.
The next Grand Prix final takes place in Poland on October 5.
