CHONGLI, China, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Hosts China bagged three gold medals at the 2019/2020 FIS Snowboard Parallel Asian Cup which concluded in the Taiwoo Ski Resort here on Saturday.

The 21-year-old Olympian Gong Naiying defeated her Chinese national teammate Zang Ruxin to take the title of women's parallel slalom event. Kan Binbin beat teammate Yu Yunhan to notch the bronze medal, completing a podium sweep for the hosts.

The men's parallel slalom also saw Chinese skiers sweep the podium as Sun Huan outraced defending champion Bi Ye in the final and Zhang Xuan won the third-place contest.

In the women's parallel giant slalom event staged on Friday, the 25-year-old Zang, who also competed in the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, held off Jeong Haerim of South Korea to grab the gold. Dong Xue defeated countrywoman Xu Xiaoxiao to add a bronze medal for China.
